… a question for you

Hi folks!

It's me. . .  Bailey!

While Mom is busy in the studio. . . I just wanted to ask you somethin'. . . if you don't mind.

See, Mom gave me a bath the other day, & I have to admit. . . although I don't love the bath part. . . I sure love the way I look & feel after my bath . . . (& so does Mom!)

Then last evening, when Grandpa was having his dessert - some chocolate pudding (yum!) . . . I was a really good boy & I sat very quietly & so when Grandpa was done, he let me lick his pudding dish. . . It was supposed to be a secret. . .

. . . but Mom took one look at me & said that I needed my face washed. (Ick.)

What do you think?

Either way . . . I bet she will. . . (she's like that.)

The other thing I wanted to let you know is that Mom wants to say, "thank you!" for all of the kind comments you made about her new fabric line. I know that she is pretty excited & has been spending a lot more time in the studio ever since it arrived. I don't mind though. . . 'cause eventually it means more quilts for me!

Hope you have a good weekend!

Bailey - you need to learn to hide the evidence just a little bit better! And yes, your Mom's line is so beautiful - you should be proud of her!

Doin't worry Bailey. just tell Mom that you're being very helpful and inspiring (which you do very well!) by modeling the latest bold colors of mocha, chocolate, and creme. What a tribute to your dogginess that you're willing to get right in there and get your muzzle dirty. And don't forget to wag your tail really hard so that she knows how much you like this part of your job!
I can't wait to see what you do with butterscotch!

Bailey, that look is known as reverse highlighting -- very in! You're on the cutting edge.

My little Georgie's face looks like that all the time, and he's never even had chocolate pudding! :)

Goodness, Bailey. Such a sweet face...and not just because of the pudding! I hope Grandpa didn't get you into too much trouble!
(Kes, says "hi", and she thinks you're cute, too!)

Dear Bailey -- You are so cute! You've got that rugged, manly thing going on around your beard! Grandpa is the neatest! Just don't get that pudding anywhere near Mom's new fabric! Ask me how I know about that! Love, Penny

Oh Bailey! You are such a stinker. If you were a brown dog, then she'd never know. But, alas, you are a cute fluffy ball of cotton. I'm glad you are being understanding of Mommy's new responsibility. The Durham line is so important and cuddly-just like you!
